"I live in Los Angeles and traveled to Baltimore next week. All suggestions for a good restaurant? Also, I heard many good things about the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Where I can find a good Philly cheese sandwich meat in Baltimore?
You can not, you have come here in Philadelphia. Its all about the rolls and the best are made by the bakery and that only a Amarosso factory here in Philadelphia. If you have the opportunity to do here, trying to Jims on South Street, Pats or Genos or Tony Lukes in South Philadelphia or Delassandro in Roxborough. I say so, everything on the roll and you can taste the difference after leaving Philadelphia, but southern New Jersey. The girl below me can give me an inch all you want, but I had one of Megerk and could not compare. The roll was crap.
